Amends Section 72-503 of Idaho Code to update the effective date of Industrial Commission member salary provisions from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2023.

Sets annual salary for each Industrial Commission member equal to the annual salary of a magistrate judge as provided in Section 59-502, Idaho Code.

Removes the previously specified salary amount of $117,044 in favor of linking compensation to magistrate judge salaries for future automatic alignment.

Maintains requirement that Industrial Commission members devote full time to performance of their duties and that salaries be paid from sources set by the legislature.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective on July 1, 2023.
