Appropriates $504,700 to the Commission on Hispanic Affairs for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024): $272,200 from General Fund and $232,500 from Miscellaneous Revenue Fund

Allocates $257,500 for personnel costs and $247,200 for operating expenditures across both funding sources

Limits the Commission to no more than 3.0 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless the Governor authorizes additional positions

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor

Subjects all appropriated funds to accountability reports and management reviews in accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-702, with effectiveness date of July 1, 2023
