Authorizes the Legislative Council to appoint a six-member committee to study agricultural issues of importance to Idaho, with three members from the Senate and three from the House of Representatives.

Committee shall consist of one cochair from the Senate and one cochair from the House, with no more than two members from each chamber representing the same political party.

Committee members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House for the term of office of the member appointed, with vacancies filled following the same appointment procedure.

Committee shall meet at least three times during the interim at the call of the cochairs and shall make recommendations to the Legislature and Governor regarding actions, policies, and legislation to protect, promote, and grow Idaho's agricultural sector.

Resolution identifies concerns including accelerated purchase of Idaho agricultural lands by outside interests, modifications in animal feed reducing yields, food processing plant disruptions, fertilizer shortages, and economic impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic.
