Creates new crime of "disclosing explicit synthetic media" under Idaho Code Section 18-6606, punishable as a misdemeanor for first offense.

Applies to persons who disclose synthetic sexual media with intent to annoy, terrify, threaten, intimidate, harass, offend, humiliate, or degrade an identifiable person.

Covers persons who possess and threaten to disclose such media to extort money or other valuable consideration from the person depicted.

Elevates offense to felony with up to 10 years imprisonment and/or $25,000 fine if person has prior conviction for same or similar offense within 5 years.

Effective date is July 1, 2024, and declares emergency status for immediate implementation.
