Adds new exemption to Idaho Code Section 74-108 protecting records identifying telemetry frequencies, remote camera locations, or precise/specific locations of individual terrestrial wildlife, including GPS data and remote camera data.

Permits state agencies to share such records on a case-by-case basis for environmental reviews or wildlife damage and population management without waiving the exemption.

Excludes aggregated or generalized location records of wildlife from the exemption, allowing disclosure of non-specific population data.

Makes technical correction to Section 74-108 by changing "which that" to "that" in the library records exemption language.

Declares an emergency and makes the bill effective July 1, 2024.
