Allows school employees with an enhanced concealed carry license to carry firearms on school property with or without board permission, provided the firearm remains concealed and under immediate control.

Requires employees carrying concealed weapons to inform the principal and superintendent, who must maintain a confidential list exempt from public disclosure and share information with local law enforcement.

Prohibits school employees from being required to carry weapons, disciplined for lawful possession, or held civilly or criminally liable for decisions to engage or not engage in armed confrontations during threats.

Bans public schools from displaying "gun-free zone" signage, with violations subject to a $300 fine enforced by the county prosecuting attorney.

Makes records relating to school employees with enhanced concealed carry licenses exempt from public disclosure under Idaho's public records law, effective July 1, 2024.
