Amends Idaho Code Section 33-705 to revise provisions governing school district activity fund disbursements, including admission charges for interscholastic activities, yearbook sales, student fees, and vending machine receipts.

Permits disbursements from activity funds through regular bank check signed by the district treasurer or assistant treasurer and countersigned by the board chairman, vice chairman, or designated district employee, or through a debit or credit card associated with the fund's account.

Requires school district boards of trustees to create activity funds and promulgate policies describing the nature and type of expenditures permitted and establishing requirements for fund withdrawals and accounting procedures.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2024.
