Establishes a depredation of livestock and prevention fund in the state treasury with annual appropriations of $225,000 beginning July 1, 2024, with a maximum fund balance of $400,000.

Allocates $150,000 annually for compensating validated livestock depredation claims and $75,000 annually for conflict prevention and education programs determined by the office of species conservation.

Requires livestock owners to submit depredation claims to the office of species conservation by December 31 each year, with compensation based on current fair market value as determined by the Idaho state department of agriculture.

Pays validated claims on a pro rata basis if funds are insufficient, then pays probable claims on a pro rata basis, with any remaining funds carried over to the next calendar year.

Defines "livestock" to include cattle, sheep, goats, swine, poultry, bees, llamas, equine animals, and domesticated game used for food or agriculture-based products, but excludes aquatic animals.
