Appropriates $724,900 to the Idaho Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2025 ($193,000 from General Fund and $531,900 from Public Charter School Authorizers Fund).

Allocates $566,200 for personnel costs and $158,700 for operating expenditures during the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

Authorizes no more than 5.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Commission during fiscal year 2025, unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified of any increases.

Requires that appropriated funds be used only for their designated purposes and be subject to accountability reports and management reviews under Idaho Code Section 67-702.

Effective date is July 1, 2024, with an emergency declaration.
