Amends Idaho Code Chapter 37, Title 25 by adding Section 25-3705C to establish definitions and regulations for cervidae (deer/elk) farms under chronic wasting disease (CWD) quarantine.

Requires cervidae farms or ranches under CWD quarantine to have perimeter fencing that is structurally sound, maintained in good repair, of sufficient construction to contain animals, and a minimum of 8 feet high.

Permits harvest during quarantine periods with mandatory tissue sample collection and testing for CWD; meat with brain tissue and spinal cord removed may be transported without restriction, and positive test results require immediate notification and disposal per administrative rules.

Defines key terms including "commingling" (direct contact or less than 10 feet separation), "CWD-positive animal" (official diagnosis via national veterinary services laboratories), and "limited contact" (brief incidental contact at sales, shows, or auctions).

Allows multi-facility ranches under quarantine to move animals between facilities owned by the same entity for harvest purposes with approval from the Idaho State Department of Agriculture; effective July 1, 2024.
