Adds a new exemption to Idaho Code Section 39-4802 allowing students of majority age to submit a signed statement objecting to immunizations on religious or other grounds.

Exemption applies to all immunization requirements at public, private, or parochial schools, including postsecondary institutions, trade schools, colleges, and universities.

Maintains existing exemptions for minor children with physician certificates stating immunizations would endanger health, and for minors whose parents submit signed statements of religious or other objections.

Requires school officials to describe available exemptions and cite Section 39-4802 in any communications to parents and guardians regarding immunization.

Effective date is July 1, 2024, and declared an emergency measure.
