Adds Section 5-347 to Idaho Code establishing legal immunity for volunteer security personnel of religious organizations and the organizations themselves from civil damages lawsuits.

Defines "religious organization" as a body of persons united under one form of government by profession of the same faith and observance of same rituals, including churches, synagogues, and houses of worship.

Immunity covers safety, security, or protection services provided by volunteers (persons working without promised compensation), including the use of nonlethal or lethal force.

Immunity does not apply to acts or omissions arising from unreasonable, reckless, grossly negligent, or wanton actions or conduct.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024, with an emergency declaration.
