Prohibits names of elected public officials and electioneering messages from appearing on tax-related correspondence from the state of Idaho and county property tax correspondence to taxpayers, with exceptions for endorsers and standard letterhead.

Defines "electioneering message" to include statements regarding, expressing support for, or soliciting support for any governmental program or initiative, or any nonprofit corporation and its programs or initiatives.

Prohibits names of elected public officials and electioneering messages from appearing on any state warrant, including remittance advice or remittance memo, except for the state controller as issuing officer and those acting as endorsers.

Applies the same definition of "electioneering message" to warrant provisions, encompassing statements about government programs or nonprofit corporations.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024, with the emergency clause allowing immediate enactment.
