Amends Idaho Code Section 31-118 to revise the boundary description of Cassia County, clarifying the northern boundary line between sections 33 and 34 in township 9 south, range 28 east and its extension to the center of the Snake River main channel.

Amends Idaho Code Section 31-136 to revise the boundary description of Minidoka County, modifying references to the center line of the main channel of the Snake River at the county's western and northern boundaries.

Changes language in both sections from "middle of the" to "center of the" when describing the Snake River channel as a boundary reference point.

Declares an emergency exists for the bill, making it effective on July 1, 2024.
