State Treasurer must compile a report of total dollar amounts from state-managed funds invested in foreign adversaries, their state-owned enterprises, companies domiciled in foreign adversaries, or entities within foreign adversaries as of June 30, 2024.

Report must include investments managed by the State Treasurer and all other state entities including the Idaho bond bank authority, endowment fund investment board, municipal bond bank authority, Idaho housing and finance association, and public employee retirement system of Idaho.

All state entities must provide requested dollar amounts to the State Treasurer no later than January 10, 2025, with the final report submitted to the governor, president pro tempore of the senate, speaker of the house, and director of legislative services office by January 31, 2025.

Foreign adversaries are defined as the People's Republic of China, Russian Federation, Islamic Republic of Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Republic of Cuba, Venezuelan regime of Nicolás Maduro, Syrian Arab Republic, or any other entity deemed by the governor in consultation with the adjutant general.

Act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval as an emergency measure.
