Establishes Idaho Code Section 41-350 to regulate reimbursement for 340B drugs (outpatient drugs purchased by covered entities at federally-established ceiling prices) through health insurance issuers, pharmacy benefit managers, and third-party payors.

Prohibits health insurance issuers and pharmacy benefit managers from reimbursing covered entities and contract pharmacies at lower rates than non-participating entities, refusing reimbursement based on 340B status, or imposing discriminatory fees, audits, network restrictions, or claim processing requirements.

Prevents interference with patients' choice to receive drugs from covered entities or contract pharmacies by prohibiting additional costs, requirements, or restrictions placed on patients choosing these providers.

Prohibits manufacturers and distributors from denying, restricting, or interfering with acquisition and delivery of 340B drugs to contract pharmacies or interfering with pharmacy contracts between covered entities and contract pharmacies.

Establishes violations as enforceable under Idaho's consumer protection act with investigative powers and penalties, excludes Idaho Medicaid from these requirements, and declares the act effective July 1, 2024.
