Appropriates $3,444,400 total to the State Tax Commission for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) across five divisions: General Services ($2,911,400), Audit Division ($229,600), Compliance Division ($144,100), Revenue Operations ($86,500), and Property Tax ($72,800)

Funds come from multiple sources including General Fund ($2,698,200), Multistate Tax Compact Fund ($47,700), Administration and Accounting Fund ($4,300), Administration Services for Transportation Fund ($113,600), and Seminars and Publications Fund ($28,500)

Reduces State Tax Commission personnel cost appropriations by $2,043,700 from the General Fund, including reductions to Audit Division ($1,232,400), Compliance Division ($171,400), Revenue Operations ($621,600), and Property Tax ($18,300)

Effective date is July 1, 2024, with emergency declaration included
