Appropriates $109,700 to the Office of Drug Policy for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) from General Fund ($4,900), State-Directed Opioid Settlement Fund ($100,000), and Federal Grant Fund ($4,800)

Reappropriates unexpended and unencumbered balances from the American Rescue Plan Fund for fiscal year 2024, not to exceed $775,100, for nonrecurring drug use prevention services expenditures

Requires the Office of the State Controller to confirm reappropriation amounts by fund, expense class, and program with the Legislative Services Office before processing

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2024
