Requires claimants to conduct five (5) work search actions per week to maintain eligibility, with exceptions for illness/disability (not more than 4 weeks) or compelling personal circumstances that do not exceed a minor portion of the workweek.

Specifies ten acceptable work search actions including job search workshops, assessments, resume completion, job applications, interviews, civil service exams, and job fairs.

Requires claimants to accept suitable work within seven (7) days of offer and establishes that failure to appear at a scheduled job interview without notifying the employer constitutes failure to apply for suitable work.

Establishes an email address and web portal for employers to report suspected violations of work search requirements, with annual employer notification required.

Limits good cause reasons for failing to apply for work to situations where the claimant is ill, injured, or delayed by accident or medical emergency involving the claimant or immediate family member.
