Appropriates $1,712,900 to the Office of the State Board of Education for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) across three programs: OSBE Administration ($1,268,000), IT and Data Management ($283,300), and School Safety and Security Program ($161,600).

Authorizes an increase of 10 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the State Board of Education for fiscal year 2025.

Reappropriates up to $15,000 from the General Fund for School Facilities Safety and Security Grants for fiscal year 2025.

Reappropriates up to $19,800,000 from the Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund and $27,434,700 from the American Rescue Plan Fund for nonrecurring expenditures related to rebuilding the Idaho System for Education Excellence.

Appropriates $30,800 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2024 to build a direct admissions program, effective immediately upon passage and approval.
