Appropriates $27,560,700 to the State Department of Education for fiscal year 2025, including $1,017,800 for Administration and $26,542,900 for Student Services across multiple fund sources.

Authorizes an increase of 2.50 full-time equivalent positions for the State Department of Education for fiscal year 2025.

Requires the State Department of Education to submit a report on suicide prevention fund utilization and implementation to the Legislative Services Office by December 1, 2024.

Limits standards review and adoption programs funded from the Driver Training Fund to no more than $150,000.

Reappropriates up to $39,000,000 in unexpended Career Ready Students Fund balances from fiscal year 2024 for nonrecurring expenditures through June 30, 2025, and appropriates $2,000,000 from the Federal Grant Fund for Student Services for fiscal year 2024.
