Requests the Department of Insurance consult with insurance industry leaders to determine how to make medically necessary intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment available to all Idaho children with private insurance coverage for PANDAS or PANS.

Directs the Department of Insurance to collect data on costs for including IVIG as a benefit in private insurance plans and determine any impact on the Idaho General Fund.

Requires the Department of Insurance and insurance industry leaders to report findings and recommendations to the First Regular Session of the Sixty-eighth Idaho Legislature.

Recognizes October 9, 2024, as PANDAS/PANS Awareness Day in Idaho.

Notes that approximately 2,000 Idaho children are affected by PANDAS or PANS, with approximately 400 requiring IVIG treatment but lacking current insurance coverage.
