Approves pending administrative rules adopted by the Idaho State Tax Commission that were submitted for legislative review during the 2024 session

Rules were reviewed by the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the Senate Local Government and Taxation Committee before approval

Requires legislative approval by concurrent resolution under Section 67-5291, Idaho Code for pending administrative rules to remain in effect

Any pending rules not approved by concurrent resolution expire upon adjournment sine die of the legislative session

Legislature finds it is in the public interest to approve the pending Tax Commission rules
