Supports Texas Governor Greg Abbott's concerns regarding federal failure to enforce immigration laws and states that record illegal immigration has resulted in over six million illegal immigrants crossing the southern border in three years.

Condemns President Biden for violating his constitutional duty to enforce federal immigration laws, including directing agencies to ignore federal statutes, suing Texas for border security efforts, and spending taxpayer dollars to open Texas border infrastructure.

Recognizes the constitutional authority of states under Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution to defend themselves and expresses solidarity with Texas's use of the Texas National Guard and Department of Public Safety to secure its border.

Calls upon the federal government to fulfill its constitutional duty to protect each state against invasion and to take all necessary actions to secure borders and address illegal immigration challenges.

Directs the House Chief Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to Texas Governor Greg Abbott and President Joseph R. Biden.
