Adds sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes under Idaho's civil rights law alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, and disability.

Defines "gender identity" as a person's actual or perceived gender identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other characteristics, with or without regard to sex at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or asexual.

Prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, public accommodations, education, and real property transactions.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and is declared an emergency measure.
