Expands the restricted zone for electioneering activities from 100 feet to 250 feet of the primary entrance and exit used by voters at a polling place or other voting location.

Applies restrictions on any day that ballots are being cast in person for any election, rather than limiting restrictions to election day only.

Exempts conduct occurring on private property adjacent to a building designated as a polling place from the electioneering restrictions.

Changes penalty structure so the first two violations are infractions punishable by $300 each, and three or more violations constitute a misdemeanor.

Authorizes election officials to take necessary steps to address electioneering including removal of physical materials, addressing individuals, or contacting law enforcement.
