• Appropriates $72,055,000 to Idaho's constitutional officers for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025), including the Attorney General ($33,122,900), State Controller ($24,350,000), Secretary of State ($4,738,800), State Treasurer ($4,956,800), Governor's Office ($4,590,200), and Lieutenant Governor ($296,300).

• Authorizes full-time equivalent positions for each office: Attorney General (228.00), State Controller (115.00), Governor's Office (21.00), Secretary of State (35.50), State Treasurer (28.00), and Lieutenant Governor (3.00).
