Redesignates Section 19-6001 to Section 19-6201 of Idaho Code relating to address confidentiality for judicial officers.

Defines "Idaho residential street address" as the street address of a judicial officer's residence, including a legal description of real estate containing the location of such address.

Requires judicial officers applying for address confidentiality to provide an alternative mailing address (chambers address), telephone numbers, and designate their employing entity as agent for service of process and receipt of mail.

Defines "judicial officer" as a justice, judge, or magistrate judge with chambers in Idaho.

Effective July 1, 2024, with an emergency declaration.
