Adds new subsection (26) to prohibit limiting the right to keep and bear arms on state or political subdivision property that is leased, rented, licensed, loaned, permitted, or occupied by a private entity or person if that entity or person exclusively and continuously possesses the property for a public event with free, unrestricted access.

Makes technical corrections to Section 18-3302, Idaho Code, including correcting grammatical errors and renumbering subsections due to the addition of the new provision on state property rights.

Preserves existing rights of private property owners, private tenants, private employers, and private business entities to restrict weapons on their properties.

Clarifies that the new provision does not relieve political subdivisions of their duties to convey or manage public property in accordance with Idaho law.

Declares an emergency and provides the act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 2024.
