Increases the vehicle limit for disabled veteran license plates from one (1) vehicle to two (2) vehicles at a time for veterans with 100% service-connected disability or specific disabilities including loss of use of feet/hands or blindness.

Applies the two-vehicle privilege to disabled veterans who are receiving compensation from the veterans administration for the qualifying service-connected disabilities.

Extends the two-vehicle privilege to purple heart recipients who qualify for disabled veteran fee exemptions under Idaho Code Section 49-403.

Maintains the fee exemption for registration and reregistration of vehicles displaying disabled veteran license plates for eligible veterans.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024, under an emergency declaration.
