Appropriates $2,253,100 to the Commission on the Arts for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) from General Fund ($933,400), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($106,300), and Federal Grant Fund ($1,213,400)

Allocates funds across personnel costs ($918,700), operating expenditures ($394,300), capital outlay ($48,700), and trustee and benefit payments ($891,400)

Limits the Commission on the Arts to a maximum of 10.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee

Requires funds to be used only for their designated purposes and subjects appropriations to accountability reports and management reviews per Idaho Code Section 67-702

Effective immediately upon enactment on July 1, 2024, with an emergency declaration
