Requires pre-sentence investigation reports in juvenile cases to include screening tools for human trafficking, assessment of risks and needs, and documentation of any trauma suffered by the juvenile offender.

Mandates that pre-sentence reports include any additional screening deemed appropriate by the court before sentencing.

Maintains existing prohibition on courts reviewing pre-sentence reports prior to entry of adjudication order.

Effective date of January 1, 2025.
