Appropriates $16,953,100 to the Department of Fish and Game for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) across five programs: Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, and Communications.

Increases full-time equivalent position authorization by 3.0 positions for the Department of Fish and Game during fiscal year 2025.

Reappropriates up to $1,800,000 in unexpended balances from the Expendable Big Game Depredation Fund for payment of depredation claims in fiscal year 2024.

Reappropriates unexpended balances from deferred maintenance, salmon and steelhead habitat restoration, Hayspur hatchery residence construction, and Albeni Falls mitigation projects for depredation claim payments.

Requires the Department of Fish and Game to submit a report on big game depredation funding, utilization data, regional depredation reports, contributing factors, and agency response to claimants by January 6, 2025 to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.
