Appropriates $68,500 from the General Fund to Idaho Public Television for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025): $26,100 for personnel costs and $42,400 for capital outlay.

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund for fiscal year 2024 to Idaho Public Television for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2025, subject to confirmation by the State Controller.

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Federal Grant Fund for fiscal year 2024 to Idaho Public Television for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2025, subject to confirmation by the State Controller.

Appropriates $700,000 from the Federal Grant Fund to Idaho Public Television for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024): $392,000 for operating expenditures and $308,000 for capital outlay.

Section 4 becomes effective upon passage and approval; Sections 1-3 become effective July 1, 2024.
