Appropriates $13,899,700 to the Department of Lands for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) across six programs: Business Services, Forest Resources Management, Trust Land Management, Forest and Range Fire Protection, Scaling Practices, and Minerals/Public Trust/Oil and Gas.

Reduces the Department of Lands Business Services Program personnel costs by $1,452,700 from the General Fund, Department of Lands Fund, and Endowment Earnings Administrative Fund.

Reduces full-time equivalent position authorization for the Department of Lands by 9.67 positions for fiscal year 2025.

Transfers $17,000,000 from the General Fund to the Fire Suppression Deficiency Warrant Fund on July 1, 2024 to reimburse costs incurred by the Forest and Range Fire Protection Program.

Appropriates $19,000 to the Endowment Fund Investment Board for fiscal year 2025 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund and Endowment Earnings Administrative Fund; declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2024.
