Senate Bill 1412 Summary

• Appropriates $4,198,000 to the Department of Environmental Quality for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) across six programs including Administration and Support Services, Air Quality, Water Quality, Coeur d'Alene Basin Commission, Waste Management and Remediation, and Idaho National Laboratory Oversight.

• Reduces DEQ appropriations by $1,313,900 total, including $555,000 from the Bunker Hill Central Treatment Plant Fund and $515,000 in federal funds from the Waste Management and Remediation program.
