Appropriates $7,561,300 to the Department of Labor for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) across three programs: Administrative Services ($3,603,800), Determinations ($3,740,300), and Workforce and Commissions ($217,200), funded from General Fund, Unemployment Penalty and Interest Fund, Employment Security Special Administration Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, and Federal Grant Fund.

Reduces the fiscal year 2025 appropriation to the Department of Labor by $3,251,700 in personnel costs across the same three programs and funding sources.

Reduces full-time equivalent position authorization for the Department of Labor by 17.00 positions for fiscal year 2025.

Appropriates $1,575,700 for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) for the Administrative Services Program for personnel costs.

Reduces the fiscal year 2024 appropriation made in Chapter 163, Laws of 2023 by $1,575,700 in personnel costs; Sections 4 and 5 take effect upon passage and approval while Sections 1-3 take effect July 1, 2024.
