Appropriates $11,021,900 to the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) for Child Welfare, Services for the Developmentally Disabled, and Service Integration divisions.

Reduces the appropriation by $586,200 for fiscal year 2025 for Services for the Developmentally Disabled and Service Integration divisions.

Appropriates $9,191,000 to the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) for Child Welfare, Services for the Developmentally Disabled, and Service Integration divisions.

Reduces the appropriation by $365,000 from the Cooperative Welfare (General) Fund for fiscal year 2024 for Community Developmental Disabilities Services ($320,000) and Service Integration ($45,000).

Requires the Services for the Developmentally Disabled Division to submit a report on the START certification program to the Legislative Services Office by June 30, 2025.
