Appropriates $1,949,400 total to the Department of Juvenile Corrections for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) across Administration, Community/Operations/Program Services, and Institutions divisions.

Provides $817,000 for personnel costs, $195,000 for operating expenditures, $587,400 for capital outlay, and $350,000 for trustee and benefit payments.

Reduces the appropriation to the Department of Juvenile Corrections by $1,050,700 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund and General Fund for the same fiscal period.

Net effect is an additional $898,700 in appropriations after accounting for the reduction ($1,949,400 - $1,050,700).

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective July 1, 2024.
