Appropriates $1,003,600 to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) across three programs: State Legal Services ($972,500), Internet Crimes Against Children ($31,100), distributed among General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, Consumer Protection Fund, Idaho Millennium Income Fund, and Federal Grant Fund.

Authorizes an increase of 1.40 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2025.

Appropriates an additional $435,000 from the General Fund for the Special Litigation Program for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) to cover trial costs related to the Tucker v. Public Defense Commission lawsuit.

Section 3 becomes effective upon passage and approval; Sections 1 and 2 become effective July 1, 2024.

Declares an emergency exists for the purposes of this act.
