Appropriates $150,746,900 to the Department of Commerce for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025), including $150,548,000 for the Broadband Office from federal grant funds.

Reduces Department of Commerce appropriations by $151,548,000 from the same period, offset by the new appropriations in Section 1.

Declares legislative intent to provide approximately $588,000,000 in Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funding for broadband to connect unserved and underserved households in Idaho.

Specifies that broadband grant funds are approved by the Idaho Broadband Advisory Board and administered by the Idaho Office of Broadband.

Takes effect July 1, 2024 as an emergency measure.
