Extends labeling requirements to restaurants and vendors, who must provide equivalent notifications on menus

Authorizes the Idaho Department of Agriculture to enforce compliance through inspections and rulemaking subject to legislative approval

Imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, with each improperly labeled package constituting a separate violation; effective July 1, 2025
