Repeals Section 56-267 of Idaho Code, which established Medicaid eligibility expansion for adults with incomes up to 138% of the federal poverty level

Removes provisions requiring the director to seek federal waivers for premium tax credits through the Idaho health insurance exchange as an alternative to Medicaid enrollment for expansion population

Eliminates work requirements that had been established for Medicaid expansion participants, including the 20-hour per week work, training, volunteering, or education requirements and associated exemptions

Amends related code sections to remove references to the repealed Medicaid expansion statute and update definition cross-references

Declares an emergency and takes effect July 1, 2025
