340B covered entities must report annually to the Department of Health and Welfare, State Controller's Office, and Attorney General by April 1, detailing their previous year's program participation

Required reporting includes aggregate drug acquisition costs, payments received for dispensed drugs, payments to contract pharmacies, number of claims, and how savings are used for charity care or community benefits

All data must be broken down by payer type: Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare

Individual entity reports are confidential, but the State Controller's Office must publish an aggregated report on the Transparent Idaho website by November 15 each year

The Attorney General may use the reported data to investigate Medicaid fraud and ensure compliance with federal requirements; effective date is July 1, 2025
