Increases daily compensation for Idaho Commission of Pardons and Parole commissioners from $300 to $400 per day when conducting parole, commutation, pardon, revocation, or other hearings

Commissioners continue to receive separate compensation under section 59-509(i) for quarterly meetings held apart from hearing sessions

Commissioners remain eligible for reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses subject to existing statutory limitations
