Requires daily Bible readings each morning in every occupied public school classroom, using the King James Version, New King James Version, or Revised Standard Version, read without comment or interpretation

Mandates school districts organize readings so the entire Bible is completed sequentially over 10 school years, with student questions referred to parents or guardians

Provides conscience protections allowing teachers to opt out of reading on religious or conscience-based grounds (another person must read instead) and allowing students to be exempted via written parental request

Grants standing for injunctive relief to district residents, parents, employees, the state superintendent, or attorney general against districts that violate the requirements

Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025, and repeals the previous Section 33-1604 regarding Bible reading in public schools
