Expands Idaho's monopoly prohibition to also ban monopsonies (buyer-side market control), making it unlawful to monopsonize, attempt to monopsonize, or conspire to monopsonize any line of Idaho commerce

Prohibits service providers from facilitating anti-competitive agreements through pricing algorithms or using algorithms that incorporate nonpublic data from two or more competing sellers or buyers

Bans sellers and buyers from setting prices or commercial terms using pricing algorithms that incorporate competitors' nonpublic data or that are shared among multiple market participants

Provides a safe harbor for sellers or buyers who could not reasonably have known a pricing algorithm incorporated nonpublic data or would be used by competitors; exempts market research firms analyzing public data and government price cap programs

Allows treble damages (up to 3x) for intentional violations and takes effect July 1, 2025 under an emergency declaration
