All reports required by Idaho Code to be submitted to the legislature must also be submitted electronically to the Legislative Services Office, which will establish and maintain a website for electronic submission.

Reports without a specified due date must be delivered by December 15 of any year when due.

Removes obsolete provisions from Section 56-263 requiring the Department to present a Medicaid managed care plan to the legislature on the first day of the second session of the sixty-first Idaho legislature.

Removes the requirement from Section 56-267 that health and welfare committees review Medicaid eligibility expansion impacts and make recommendations to the legislature by January 31, 2023.

Repeals Section 67-9407 (relating to a report to the legislature) and declares an emergency with an effective date of July 1, 2025.
