Amends Idaho Code Section 49-123 to expand the definition of "authorized emergency vehicle" to include vehicles belonging to or operated by a wildland fire agency or association while responding to a wildland urban interface fire

Grants these wildland fire vehicles the same legal status as other emergency vehicles such as fire department vehicles, ambulances, and law enforcement vehicles

Declared an emergency measure with an effective date of July 1, 2025
