Legislative Services Office receives $11,886,800 from five funding sources: General Fund ($9,262,800), Professional Services Fund ($1,833,700), Legislative Capitol Facilities Fund ($440,000), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($210,000), and Technology Infrastructure Stabilization Fund ($140,300)

Office of Performance Evaluations receives $1,129,600 from the General Fund ($1,056,000 personnel, $73,600 operating)

Exempts both offices from expense class transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3), allowing unlimited transfers between expense classes while prohibiting fund-to-fund transfers without legislative approval

Reappropriates any unexpended ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Fund balances from fiscal year 2025 to the Legislative Services Office for nonrecurring expenditures, with State Controller confirmation required
